Hi, I'm Sierra Skipper, founder of Sierra Speaks.

I believe every family deserves access to encouragement, practical tools, and hope. Sierra Speaks was created to help parents, teens, and communities build stronger relationships through education, faith, and meaningful conversations.

As a youth advocate, mentor, community leader, and speaker, I have the privilege of working alongside young people and families as they navigate real-life challenges. My passion is helping parents communicate more effectively with their children, empowering teens to make healthy choices, and connecting families with resources that promote growth and resilience.
